FAQ

Account, login, and PIN

• I can’t log in. Double-check your email/phone and password. If needed, try again after checking your internet connection.
• I forgot my PIN code. If your version of the app includes a PIN reset option, use it. Otherwise, contact support for help.
• I didn’t receive the registration code. Check spam/junk folders and verify the email address you entered, then retry.

Programs (themes, subthemes, questionnaires, 14-day journey)

• My progress isn’t updating. Make sure you’re connected to the internet, then close and reopen the app.
• I can’t unlock a subtheme. Complete the required daily steps and the final quiz score (if required) to unlock it.

Journal and AI templates

• My journal entry didn’t save. Check your connection and try again. If it continues, contact support with the date and time.
• The AI-generated text isn’t accurate. AI output may be imperfect. Please review and edit before saving.

Booking and in-app calls

• I can’t start an audio/video call. Ensure microphone/camera permissions are enabled and your network is stable.
• Call quality issues. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, close other apps, and move to a stronger signal.

Resources and mindfulness

• Videos won’t play. Check your internet connection and try again. External links may be temporarily unavailable.

Troubleshooting

• Update to the latest version of Sanaday.
• Fully close the app, then reopen it.
• Restart your device.
• Check app permissions: Microphone, Camera, Notifications.
• Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
